Direct billing is available for most major insurers. If your plan is eligible, I can submit on your behalf so you pay only any remaining balance at the time of your appointment. Please contact for more details“

24 hours notice is needed to cancel your appointment without being charged the full fee for your session. No shows are also charged the full session fee.
