Welcome to
BTK Consulting & Counselling
An inviting space where you are seen, heard and supported
About
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve supported children, youth, adults, and families through life’s most challenging moments. Whether you’re navigating complex emotions, facing personal trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck — you don’t have to go through it alone. I’ve worked across diverse settings — nonprofits, mental health teams, Indigenous communities, and court-approved programs. These experiences have deeply informed my practice and shaped how I support clients today.
